How we handle your data, your subscription, and security, in plain English. Last updated June 9, 2026.

Privacy

BluSynq collects only what it needs to run the service for your business: your account and contact information, the content of the conversations the agent handles for you (call recordings, transcripts, texts, and emails), and the details your customers share to complete a booking, signature, or payment.

We use that information for one thing: operating and improving BluSynq for your business. We never sell personal data, and we never use your conversations to market to your customers.

We share data only with the service providers required to run the product, such as telephony and payment processing, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

Your customers’ data belongs to you. We keep it while your account is active, you can request a copy of it at any time, and if you cancel we delete it on request. To make a data request, email us and we’ll handle it promptly.

Terms of service

BluSynq is provided by BluSynq, Inc. The short version of how the subscription works:

  • Plans are billed annually.
  • No setup fees and no professional services fees. Onboarding is included.
  • No cancellation fee. Cancel anytime and your plan runs through the end of its term.
  • You stay in control of the agent: you set its instructions, knowledge, and autonomy level, and you’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give it.
  • Use the service lawfully. Don’t use BluSynq to send spam, misrepresent who is calling, or violate telemarketing and recording laws that apply to your business.

You’ll receive the complete subscription agreement to review before you sign up, so there are no surprises in the fine print.

Security

Your conversations are your business, and we treat them that way:

  • Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Access controls restrict who can see your conversations and customer records.
  • E-signatures are captured with a full audit trail.
  • Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor. BluSynq never stores card numbers.
