Privacy policy
BluSynq’s privacy policy, in plain English. Last updated August 3, 2026.
BluSynq collects only what it needs to run the service for your business: your account and contact information, the content of the conversations the agent handles for you (call recordings, transcripts, texts, and emails), and the details your customers share to complete a booking, signature, or payment.
We use that information for one thing: operating and improving BluSynq for your business. We never sell personal data, and we never use your conversations to market to your customers.
We share data only with the service providers required to run the product, such as telephony and payment processing, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
Your customers’ data belongs to you. We keep it while your account is active, you can request a copy of it at any time, and if you cancel we delete it on request. To make a data request, email us and we’ll handle it promptly.
If you connect a mailbox to BluSynq (Gmail or Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Outlook), you are giving the agent access to that mailbox so it can work in it. Exactly what that means:
- What we access: the content and metadata of the messages in the connected mailbox, plus the email address and basic profile of the account you connect.
- What we use it for: showing those messages as conversations in your BluSynq inbox, summarizing them, drafting replies, marking a message read once it has been handled, and sending the replies you or the agent approve so they appear in your own Sent folder. Nothing else.
- Who else sees it: the AI providers that generate the summaries and drafts, which receive message content only to produce them, under paid plans that bar them from using it to train their models. Nobody else receives it. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.
- How to turn it off: disconnect the mailbox in BluSynq’s settings, or revoke BluSynq’s access from your Google or Microsoft account. Either one stops all future access immediately. Conversations already in your inbox stay there so you don’t lose your history; email us if you want them deleted.
BluSynq’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use data from a connected mailbox to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Nobody at BluSynq reads your mail except with your explicit permission, to resolve a support issue you have raised, to investigate a security incident, or where the law requires it.
